Lawn Sprinkler Service Guarantee
If you notice that the timer isn’t going on as programmed, that the heads aren’t covering a particular area, or that there is a possible leak we may have missed just let us know promptly (within 36 hours) and we will recheck area of concern for free. Please be sure to tell us the day the service was performed within 36 hours. This helps us to identify potential causes and correct this in the future.
Note: Please note the above guarantee does not cover power outages that may cause timer to lose setting. Any repairs needed shall be billed accordingly, this guarantee covers service call charges. Any parts provided by client are not covered under this Guarantee. If repair is NOT made day the technician returns, client shall be charged service call.
Pool Cleaning Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a pool cleaning just let us know promptly and we will re-clean it for free. Please be sure to tell us the day you had the service performed within 36 hours. This helps us to identify potential causes and correct this in the future. If repair is NOT made day the technician returns, client shall be charged service call.
Note: If you are not on a weekly service plan then vacuuming, skimming or any other cleaning of the pool is not covered under this guarantee. You can upgrade to full service and have these services performed each week.
Pool Repair Guarantee
If you notice an issue with your pool after an Elite technician was on property performing service on your pool within 36 hours, we will send a technician out with no service call charge. This helps us identify potential causes and correct this in the future. If repair is NOT made day the technician returns, client shall be charged a service call.
Note: Pools have many parts and an issue with the pool may be a multiple trip/part repair to have pool in full working order. The above guarantee is for the service call cost , it does not cover any parts or labor to repair. Parts not provided by Elite are not covered under this Guarantee. If repair is NOT made day the technician returns, client shall be charged service call.
Spa Service Guarantee
If you notice an issue with your spa within 36 hours of an Elite technician performing service on your spa (example: spa not reaching desired temperature, jets aren’t working) , please contact us and let us know. Elite will send out a technician to recheck spa with no service call charge. This helps us identify potential causes and correct this in the future. If repair is NOT made day the technician returns, client shall be charged service call .
